CMF, the sub-brand of tech company Nothing, has officially launched its latest wearable, the CMF Watch 3 Pro. The smartwatch is now available globally at a starting price of $99, with introductory discounts bringing it down to as low as $79 in select markets.

It is designed for users seeking powerful features at a budget-friendly price. The Watch 3 Pro represents a bold step forward in the entry-level smartwatch space, packed with AI-powered tools, health and fitness upgrades, and a sleeker, more premium look.

One of the standout upgrades is the 1.43-inch AMOLED display, which is larger, brighter, and sharper than its predecessor, offering a more immersive and vibrant user experience.

The display is enclosed in a premium aviation-grade aluminum alloy case, giving it a refined and durable feel. It features a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels with a refresh rate of 60Hz and peak brightness of around 650 nits.

While the modular swappable bezel design from earlier CMF watches is missing—a design move that has stirred some debate among fans—the new design feels more polished and focused on functionality.

Advanced Health Tracking

The CMF Watch 3 Pro is also a major leap forward in fitness and health tracking.

It features a newly upgraded four-channel heart rate sensor that improves accuracy during workouts, along with upgraded SpO2, stress monitoring, and detailed sleep analysis.

The watch now supports over 131 sports modes, including smart activity recognition for popular exercises like running, walking, and cycling.

Fitness lovers will appreciate features such as AI-powered workout coaching, real-time running metrics, animated warm-up/stretch guides, and personalized recovery tips.

One of the most significant technological enhancements is the addition of dual-band GPS (L1+L5), offering more precise location tracking even in dense urban areas or under heavy tree cover.

Whether you’re on a mountain trail or city run, the GPS supports five satellite systems—GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and QZSS—for enhanced route accuracy.

ChatGPT and AI Features

On the smart features front, CMF Watch 3 Pro integrates built-in ChatGPT support, enabling users to interact with AI through voice commands for real-time answers, reminders, summaries, or productivity queries—all without reaching for their phone.

The smartwatch also supports Bluetooth calling, complete with AI noise cancellation for clearer voice communication.

Additional features include gesture-based controls, remote camera and music control, customizable watch faces, and seamless syncing with health platforms like Google Health Connect, Apple Health, and Strava.

These features are now managed via the new Nothing X app, which replaces the earlier CMF Watch app and supports both new and old devices in the CMF ecosystem.

Performance and Battery

Despite all these advanced features, battery life hasn’t been compromised.

The CMF Watch 3 Pro offers up to 13 days of usage on a single charge, around 4.5 days with Always-On Display active, and up to 60 days in power-saving mode.

A full charge takes about 99 minutes with its magnetic charging cable, making it easy to power up quickly between workouts or workdays.

The launch of the CMF Watch 3 Pro marks a significant moment for Nothing’s wearable division.

It blends solid design, next-gen sensors, smart software, and AI capabilities into one of the most feature-rich smartwatches in the sub-$100 segment.

While the removal of modular bezels may disappoint some, the addition of meaningful upgrades in health tracking, AI functionality, and GPS precision more than make up for it.

With this launch, CMF not only continues to expand its ecosystem but also sets a new standard for what budget smartwatches can deliver.
