Itel has expanded its smartphone lineup in India with the launch of the Itel Zeno 20, a new budget-friendly device priced at just ₹5,999. Packed with a large battery, modern design, and Android 14 Go Edition, the phone is aimed at users looking for an affordable smartphone for daily use.
The Itel Zeno 20 features a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate, making it smoother than most entry-level phones. Powering the device is an octa-core Unisoc T7100 processor, paired with up to 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Users also get the option to expand storage further via a dedicated microSD card slot.
In terms of photography, the phone comes with a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie shooter for basic imaging needs. Backing the device is a 5,000mAh battery, which should easily last a full day of moderate use. Charging is handled via a USB Type-C port, a feature that’s rare in this price range.
On the software side, the Itel Zeno 20 runs Android 14 Go Edition, optimized for smooth performance on entry-level hardware.
It also includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, 3.5mm headphone jack, DTS sound support, and Dynamic Bar for added functionality. The phone is rated IP54 for dust and splash resistance and also comes with Aivana 2.0 AI voice assistant.
The Itel Zeno 20 is priced at ₹5,999 for the 3GB RAM + 64GB storage variant, while the 4GB + 128GB model costs ₹6,899. It will be available in three colors – Aurora Blue, Starlit Black, and Space Titanium. The smartphone will go on sale exclusively via Amazon starting August 25.
If you’re looking for a budget smartphone under ₹6,000 that offers a large battery, smooth 90Hz display, and useful features like Type-C charging and Android 14 Go, the Itel Zeno 20 is definitely worth considering. It may not be a performance powerhouse, but for everyday tasks like browsing, social media, and calling, it delivers solid value for money.
