Realme has officially launched its budget 4G smartphone, the Realme C71, starting at ₹7,699 in India. With a large 6,300mAh battery, UNISOC T7250 chipset, and rugged build, the device promises long-lasting performance and reliability at a highly affordable price point.
The Realme C71 comes in two colours, Sea Blue and Obsidian Black, in two memory variants: 4GB RAM + 64GB storage for ₹7,699, 6GB RAM + 128GB storage at ₹8,699.
It features a 6.74-inch LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 568 nits, providing smoother visuals and decent outdoor readability.
One of the standout features is the massive 6,300mAh battery, which is claimed to deliver up to 46.5 hours of talk time, approximately 19 hours of Instagram browsing, and nearly 21 hours of YouTube video playback.
The phone supports 15W wired charging and 6W reverse charging, allowing it to act as a mini power bank for other devices.

In the optics department, the C71 features a 13MP primary rear camera (Omnivision OV13B sensor) and a 5MP selfie shooter. Camera modes include AI Eraser, AI Clear Face, Pro Mode, and Dual-view Video for shooting from both front and rear cameras simultaneously.
The device also sports a unique Pulse Light design on the back, offering nine colours and five glow modes that light up for calls, messages, and charging.
True to its tagline of ‘Armorshell Tough Build’, the Realme C71 boasts military-grade durability with drop resistance up to two metres. It also carries an IP54 rating, making it resistant to splashes and dust, a rare feature at this price point.
Running on Realme UI based on Android 15, the C71 brings the latest Android experience with Realme’s light custom skin.
The phone is 7.94mm thick and weighs 201g, balancing a large battery with a slim form factor. The only thing that many people would not like is that it’s a 4G phone, as many brands are offering even 5G smartphones at this price range.
