TECNO has officially launched its latest budget-friendly 5G smartphone, the Spark Go 5G, in India. Priced at ₹9,999, the device packs impressive features for its segment, making it a competitive option in the affordable 5G market. The phone will be available from August 21 via Flipkart and retail stores.
The Spark Go 5G sports a 6.74-inch HD+ Dot-In LCD display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and up to 670 nits peak brightness, ensuring a fluid and bright viewing experience.
TECNO has also included its Dynamic Port feature, allowing notifications and alerts to appear in a more interactive way. The phone comes in four eye-catching colours: Sky Blue, Ink Black, Turquoise Green, and heritage-inspired Bikaner Red.
Under the hood, the device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 6nm octa-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM and an additional 4GB of virtual RAM for smoother multitasking.
It offers 128GB of storage, expandable via microSD. Running on Android 15 with HiOS 15, TECNO promises up to 5 years of lag-free performance.
The Spark Go 5G integrates Ella AI, offering features like Multilingual Support, AI Call Assistant, AI Auto Answer, and AI Voiceprint Noise Suppression.
The No Network Communication feature allows critical communication functions to work even without a mobile signal, a useful tool during emergencies.
For photography, the phone features a 50MP rear camera with LED flash and 2K 30fps video recording capabilities. On the front, there’s a 5MP selfie camera for video calls and self-portraits.
Keeping the phone alive is a massive 6000mAh battery with 18W fast charging via USB Type-C. Despite the large battery, the device maintains a sleek 7.99mm profile and weighs 194g.
The TECNO Spark Go 5G will be available for ₹9,999 in a 4GB + 128GB configuration. Buyers who pre-book can participate in a prize pool worth over ₹1 crore.
